Real life game called Clue

Remember that great board game Clue 🧐

You wander a mansion in search of clues to solve a murder, hopefully before your fellow gamers figure out a workable theory including the who, the where and the how.

Well my own real life game has a new twist and I have a theory.

I declare the villain is "Cervical cells, hiding behind my rib cage, with a mass!"

Yep, all those fabulous celebratory posts the past 8 years just went out the window as we got a call from my thoracic specialist regarding the nasty chest wall biopsies from last week.

It is definitely not lung cancer and since I have a history, odds are extremely high that this is either spread from hiding cells missed previously, or a recurrence of the cervical cancer.

Whatever the actual scenario I've been handed over to the amazing care team at the Cross Cancer Institute for specialized treatment. I have no details yet what that will be but expect a call likely tomorrow or Tuesday.

It's just another step and anything forward is good.

Bobbi, In words of comedy actor Dana Carvey in character on Saturday Night Live as "Church Lady", you have to say, "Well isn't that special?" Glad you are getting special treatment while they figure-out WTH is going on. That's on my list of 'what I hated most about cancer' was the whole month doctors' spent trying to figure out exactly what kind of cancer I had, and it took 2-1/2 biopsies and second lab to finally get the answer: 30 days later. Hope you get answers sooner than a month, and good, accurate answers on how to "make repairs".
