Complete Physical and Mammogram

SO after driving myself nutz with wondering, I finally bit the bullet and booked myself with a new GP for a physical and mammogram.

The exam went well, and she was very thorough explaining why things felt as they did, drew a diagram for the scarring and locations, the severity and how it would affect my sexuality etc. She was so kind and down to earth!

Found an owie spot under my left arm, and booked me for a mammogram and ultrasound asap... which came back clear <Phew!>

So bottom line, I can get this monkey off my back and get back to the process of living. Yes things will feel differently when I make love to my husband. Yes things will look differently after treatment, but there is life out there and be damned if I will waste one more miute of it worrying.

Vigilence... for sure! Fear... probably... Living life every day... ABSOLUTELY!

Love ya lots,

and prayers we all get the same diagnosis.

Sounds like a good report all-around - live life after licking cancer - just wish my parents had that same resolve as you do. Thanks for sharing the news.
